Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using The Dynasty ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

The Dynasty is a subscriber relationship management tool for Twitter/X creators. It allows you to connect your X account, manage your subscriber dynasty, and send direct messages to your subscribers via the X API.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information when signing up. You may not share your account with others or use it for any unlawful purpose.

4. X (Twitter) Integration

By connecting your X account, you authorize The Dynasty to access your X account data (followers, profile) and send direct messages on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all messages sent through the Service. You must comply with X's Terms of Service and Developer Policies at all times.

5. Prohibited Use

You may not use The Dynasty to:

• Send spam, unsolicited messages, or harass anyone
• Violate any applicable law or regulation
• Circumvent or attempt to circumvent X's API rate limits or policies
• Scrape or collect data beyond your own subscribers
• Impersonate any person or entity

6. Billing & Subscriptions

Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Your subscription begins with a 7-day free trial. After the trial, your card on file will be charged. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time from your settings page.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, data retention, or that the Service will meet your requirements. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Dynasty shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We'll do our best to notify you of significant changes.
